Design Day 2011

CBID Design Day 2011 drew over 300 attendees to the Armstrong Building on the Johns Hopkins medical campus. The annual event showcases the work of our talented undergraduate and graduate biomedical engineering students. Teams presented their award-winning medical device designs and devices to an audience of industry professionals, investors, senior Hopkins administrators, faculty, students, and visitors from other universities. This year’s keynote speaker was Tore Laerdal, who spoke about joining CBID in saving the lives of babies and mothers.
