CBID Students Take Top Prize in 2012 BMEidea Competition

A team of Johns Hopkins students took first prize in the 2012 BMEidea competition! The winning medical device design, Cyropop, is a patent-pending, low-cost medical device that uses dry ice for the treatment of cervical pre-cancerous lesions in low-resource settings. The student design team, sponsored by Jhpiego, presented Cyropop at BME Design Day 2012 earlier this month. More >
