A few months ago, the CBID’s Head and Neck Surgery Team (CBID Students Class of 2025: Mark Schuweiler, Emma Turner, Sabrina Zhou, Mads Bundgaard Norlov, Amanda Cheung, Ishir Sharma) joined field leaders at the American Academy of Otolaryngology Conference. Here, they attended in-depth discussions on emerging research in oncology and head and neck surgery, networked with top clinicians, and gathered valuable feedback for their own clinical needs assessments. The insights they gained in these sessions directly support their mission to create targeted, patient-centered innovations.
